  • How THE SHIFT Works

    My style of coaching isn’t about forcing change or pushing through fear.
    It’s about interrupting the pattern that’s been quietly running your behaviour (daily decisions and actions) and replacing it with one that matches your standard.

    I’m deeply supportive - but I won’t let you negotiate your way out of what matters.

    Inside this work, we move through three essential shifts:

    1. We clarify what actually matters.
    Not what you should want - but what’s genuinely important to you now, in this phase of life.
    This creates direction that feels steady enough to commit to, instead of something you renegotiate every Monday.

    2. We interrupt the avoidance pattern.
    Under pressure, most capable people that come to me for help, default to overthinking, delaying, or negotiating with themselves.
    We slow that down. We understand it. And we interrupt it.
    Not by forcing action with accountability, but by removing the internal resistance that’s been running the show.

    This is where self-sabotage, all or nothing, quiet quitting loses its power.

    3. We rebuild follow-through, properly, in a calmer way.
    Decisions stop being over thought, over researched and overwhelmed.
    Action stops feeling daunting and heavy.
    Consistency becomes something you live by- not something that comes and goes.

    When you stop breaking promises to yourself, everything changes.

  • I don’t work with people who are looking to be told what to do. I will however share my direct perspective where is necessary, but not to the detriment

    I work with a small number of clients at a time so this work stays personal, focused, and effective.

    This is private, personalised, 1:1 coaching - not a program, course, or template.

    Timeframes vary dependant on desired outcome. I work with most of my clients from 3-6 months (weekly/fortnightly options). With a handful of clients I’ve worked with for several years.

    For some people, the work begins with a shorter, focused 4 week reset - designed to help you commit to one meaningful goal and see how you operate when it actually matters.

    Each session is tailored to you and your exact needs, with space to explore what’s been keeping you stuck and support to move through it - calmly and consistently.

    Coach. Mentor. Gap-finder. Introverted dog mum. Half bionic (training for a marathon). Adventurer. Living in Cornwall, UK with my partner.

    I help capable humans stop getting in their own way, by removing the internal resistance that keeps them playing below their level.

    People joke that I “turn them back on.”
    What I actually do is help them remember their full capability and live like it.

    Life 1.0 Born into a complex childhood of abuse and chronic pain from hip dysplasia, I took myself on a one way ticket to self sabotage for the next decade. Which resulted in a double drink drive arrest and 50K of debt by the age of 22.

    Life 2.0 I rebuilt.
    Back to college. A-levels. University. My Business degree didn’t deliver much of an ROI, but my work ethic did. I self-studied. Grafted. Said yes to opportunities that moved me forward. Eventually, I climbed into London corporate life, and realised something important:

    Success doesn’t belong to the smartest, loudest person in the room.
    It belongs to the one who can simplify the problem and solution fastest.
    And that was something I was very good at.

    That became the foundation of my coaching.

    I don’t overwhelm people with theory.
    I strip things back to what actually matters.

    I locate the internal gap.
    Interrupt the pattern.
    Get people moving.
    And support follow-through that lasts.

    Over 300+ clients internationally have moved from endless thinking into real action, not by trying harder, but by working differently.

    +What platform are the calls on?
    Zoom calls

    +Can I extend the coaching?
    Yes, many of my clients want to keep the growth compounding and continue in my coaching container which is for those who have completed 3 months of coaching first.

    +Can I download the resources?
    Yes, any resources, templates and activities are yours to use throughout the period of coaching.



    +What if I have to reschedule?
    There is a 24 hour notice period for calls to reschedule, otherwise it is missed. I am a human and try and be as flexible where possible.


    +What if I need to take a gap?
    The outcome of the coaching comes down to your commitment for the agreed time period. If a life event happens during, we will try our best to continue as quickly as possible.
